One of our leading legal practice firms are looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor into its Milton Keynes office. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high level work of both contentious and non-contentious nature with clients including some of the largest financial, automotive, and retail businesses in the UK.

The well-respected employment team is known for providing excellent service to their highly regarded clients which is something they are very proud of.

In this role you will be responsible for running your own varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including tribunal work, general advisory support, and corporate, commercial and Real Estate support. You will also be working in a partner-led environment as well as closely with both the local and national employment team where team work and personal development are encouraged.

Our client is looking for someone with the ability to inspire & motivate the team from day one. You will have strong technical skills and be keen to get involved in business development to further establish strong relationships with their existing clients and create relationships with new clients. There will also be an opportunity to be involved in presenting employment seminars.

Ideally the firm is looking for an employment solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, however, this is simply given as a guide and those who fall outside of this but have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role are invited to apply.
